“ Advocacy means taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain the services they need.” Action for Advocacy

Our advocates can:
  • Listen to your concerns
  • Give you information about your rights, mental health law, benefits, housing issues, managing debt and much more
  • Help you to complain if you are unhappy about any part of your care or treatment
  • Help you to access advice and guidance agencies such as welfare rights and Citizens Advice Bureaux
  • Help you to think through what options you have and to make decisions
Our advocates are available in various locations across the two counties throughout the week, telephone our office on 01745 813999 to make an appointment to see an advocate at a location near you
This advocacy service is for you, we will not do anything you do not want us to do.
